This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of services provided under the
trade name Eshucation, a Sole Proprietorship registered and operating in India (“Proprietor,” “We,”
“Us,” “Our”).
By accessing, registering, enrolling, or purchasing any product or service from Eshucation, you
(“User,” “Student”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Legal Status
Eshucation operates as a sole proprietorship under Indian law.
All contractual obligations are entered into between the User and the Proprietor operating under the
trade name “Eshucation.”

Nature of Services
Eshucation provides educational services for preparation of competitive examinations including but
not limited to:

  • UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE)
  • Foundation batches
  • Live classes
  • Recorded courses
  • Test series
  • Mentorship programs
  • Study materials
    All services are strictly educational and informational in nature.
    We do not:
  • Guarantee examination success
  • Promise rank, interview selection, or final selection
  • Act as an official body related to UPSC

No Affiliation
Eshucation is not affiliated with or endorsed by:

  • Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
  • Government of India
  • Any state or statutory authority
    “UPSC” is used strictly for descriptive educational purposes.

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older or enroll through a legal guardian.
  • Providing false information may result in termination without refund.
  • Enrollment is subject to acceptance by Eshucation.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be received before access is granted.
  • All fees are final.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • EMI defaults may result in immediate suspension.
    Chargebacks initiated without valid legal grounds will be contested legally.

Strict Intellectual Property Protection
All content including:

  • Videos
  • PDFs
  • Test series
  • Course structures
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Marketing materials
    are proprietary intellectual property of the Proprietor under the Copyright Act, 1957.
    Prohibited actions include:
  • Screen recording
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Distributing materials
  • Uploading to Telegram/YouTube/WhatsApp
  • Commercial use or resale
    Violation may lead to:
  • Immediate account termination
  • Legal notice
  • Monetary damages claim
  • Criminal complaint (where applicable)

Strict No Refund Policy
All payments are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-adjustable
    This includes:
  • Foundation batches
  • Recorded content
  • Live classes
  • Mentorship sessions
  • Test series
    No refund shall be provided under any circumstances including:
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Failure to attend
  • Technical issues from user side
  • Personal financial hardship
  • Failure to clear examination
    By making payment, you expressly waive any right to claim refund except where mandated by
    Indian law.

Digital Access Clause
Upon payment, access to digital content is granted immediately.
Since digital content cannot be returned once accessed, refunds are not possible.

Code of Conduct
Users must not:

  • Use abusive language
  • Disrupt live sessions
  • Harass faculty or students
  • Defame the institution publicly
    Violation may result in termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Eshucation shall not be liable for exam results.
  • We are not responsible for internet failure or device issues.
  • We are not responsible for examination pattern changes.
    Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by the User.

Force Majeure
Eshucation shall not be liable for delays or failure due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government orders
  • Internet outages
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
  • Faculty emergencies

Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Proprietor from:

  • Legal claims
  • Damages
  • Chargeback disputes
  • Losses arising from misuse of services

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We are not affiliated with UPSC or any government body.

Selection in UPSC depends on multiple factors including:

  • Individual preparation

  • Competition level
    Eshucation does not guarantee selection, rank, or interview success.
